Attorney Arnold E. Reed received his J.D. from the University of
Iowa College of Law in 1990. While at Iowa, Mr. Reed
distinguished himself in becoming Associate Editor of the
Iowa Law Review. After graduating in 1990, Mr. Reed
was the first Law Clerk chosen by the Hon. Dennis W.
Archer, former Mayor of the City of Detroit. Mr. Reed
also clerked for Chief Justice Conrad L. Mallett
becoming Justice Mallett's Chief Law Clerk. Mr. Reed
has authored numerous articles and is published in
